Your driver said the phone number I provided for the recipient was incorrect, when in fact he never tried to call the recipient. Flowers were not delivered and my repeated calls to straighten out the problem were not answered until late in the day when the only option was to reorder and pay for a new delivery the next day, an additional charge of over $50!
