Product arrived WAY different than advertised

The product arrived looking absolutely nothing like what was advertised and much smaller / less plants. The pot was not as nice as pictured. I paid $100 and thought it would be better than a small potted succulent. When I reached out to express my concern, they said it’s part of their terms and conditions. The product delivered wasn’t even remotely close to what I thought I was paying for!!! So I guess they can change up whatever they want and give you less product than what you paid for, and it’s okay because they put a line in the T&C that they can change anything they want.
