Late delivery

I ordered this for someones birthday and hope they would be delivered in the morning but she only received them at 5pm! It wasnt a last min order so I didnt understand why it was so late. The flowers were pretty but the delivery was quite late - might help if we are able to pick time slots for delivery in the future.
