Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Overpromise & Underdeliver

This was a time sensitive package, I schedule it at least 2 weeks ahead. I received an email confirmation my package would be delivered before noon and it was delivered 4 hours late. When contacting customer service and speaking to multiple associate I was told multiple stories about my package. Blooms needs to seriously revamp customer service. Not please at customer service and their reply, the handling of my concern.
