DO NOT BUY - VERY DISAPPOINTING

Not only did the flowers look nothing like the photo online, but the description is misleading. It says “12 stem mixed rose” which can lead customers to think that it’s 12 roses of mixed color/variety, but in actuality, it’s 8 roses with other kinds of flowers mixed in. Also, the presentation is not good. I purchased a vase to go with my bouquet, but they packaged the vase separately in a box, with the flowers on their own. What is the point of purchasing a vase if it’s not going to be placed together nicely with the bouquet? Very disappointing experience overall and will most definitely not be purchasing again from them.

First of all, who is Marcus ? This is Shirley and I placed order for my mom Mother’s Day flower. Probably the day no one at home and the delivery guy left the bouquets on the floor, facing downward, in front of the entrance. It’s not a newspaper ! Why on the floor? The bouquet also smaller compared to the picture. Disappointing…

My mom did not get the flowers. The delivery guy called her and she asked for the guy can bring the flowers to her house (still in Vancouver) and he said NO. I tried to call you guys and leave the message but never heard back from you guys. My mom didn't get the flowers on Mother's Day!
