Delivery & Substitutions
Choose your delivery
Vancouver Blooms prepares and delivers across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland through its own local delivery network. Order before 11am PT for same-day delivery; delivery options and dates are shown at checkout based on the destination. Residential deliveries typically arrive by end of day and business deliveries during business hours.
Provide the complete recipient address, including any unit or buzzer number. Deliveries do not require a signature; an arrangement may be left in a safe location or with a concierge, reception desk or mailroom when appropriate.
Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and perishable, a similar stem may be substituted when necessary; the overall design, size, colour palette and value are always maintained.
Keeping perishables fresh
Flowers and plants are perishable: choose the recommended delivery method for freshness. Slower methods may see perishable items replaced with non-perishable alternatives to protect quality.
Wine, Champagne and spirits paired with flowers are delivered in line with provincial and federal law; age verification and other delivery requirements may apply.
