Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Disgusted - never got the box, refused to refund me and tried to make me pay $60 to -restock flowers

I am devastated with the terrible service from Vancouver Blooms and I hope as many people as possible read this review. First of all, days went by after delivery was due. No flowers. So I then had to follow up the tracking, only to discover that the flowers never got delivered, just a crappy picture of the house next door. I had made an error on the last digit of the address, but could not get in contact with the company. They told me they tried calling me - they didn’t! My phone was on the whole time. When I finally did get hold of them, they had returned the flowers to the warehouse and said I had to pay another $60 to re-make the flowers, instead of simply re-trying the delivery (I would have been happy to pay a new delivery fee) and it was for my sick mother in law as a special gift for xmas (due for delivery December 23rd) I was then told they wouldn’t deliver it until 7 days later! When they had it sitting right there on the 23rd all ready to go. The comment was ’the flowers will not be fresh anymore’ really? So flowers from this company are so old that they won’t last two days? How are they supposed to last for the customer then? Since they are in oasis and watered fresh cut flowers. What an absolute bunch of rubbish the lady on the phone was spinning me. I wasted $200 on this company for a very important gift that they just couldn't be bothered to re-deliver. I’m sure someone in your staff was delighted to take home flowers that were supposed to be for an elderly lady with cancer. Absolutely disgusted.
