Place the order from Austria and we do the rest in Vancouver: the bouquet is made up in our studio and taken to the recipient — the same day around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier elsewhere in BC. You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.
Two addresses: yours in Austria, theirs in BC
Nothing about an Austria order is unusual to us; the only slip we ever see is the buyer's details typed where the recipient's belong:
- The buyer's block holds your card name, street address, Postleitzahl and city and Postleitzahl (PLZ).
- The recipient's block holds their name, Canadian street, city, BC, the V6B 1A1-style postal code and the recipient's phone — the number the driver or courier dials.
- The card tells them it's from you; the slip inside shows no prices.
Money matters for an Austria buyer
PricesSet in Canadian dollars (CAD). The currency menu at the top of the store can show them in EUR — an estimate at the day's rate, for comparison only.
The chargeYour card is charged in Canadian dollars. Canadian sales tax and the delivery charge for the recipient's address are shown before you pay. Your bank or card provider converts the CAD amount into euros at its own rate and may add its own fee — the store doesn't set or see that rate.

Read the deadlines in Pacific Time, the recipient's zone. Same-day (Vancouver and the Lower Mainland): order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, any day; businesses receive no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. Courier (rest of BC): order by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, to ship that day; one to two business days (longer for remote areas) to arrive. Letters, names and the card
Austria's language is German; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.
- Message. Type it in whatever language you like, provided it's in Latin letters — what you type is what prints.
- The payer's details. Latin letters, exactly as the card issuer has them.
- Where it's going. The recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters; the delivery label is English and a name in another script won't be recognised at the door.
- Telephones. Give the recipient's Canadian number with its area code in the delivery fields; yours can include the Austria dialling code.
