Disappointed

I ordered a very expensive bouquet for my mother’s special day, specifically with her favourite colour. What arrived was entirely different than what I’d paid for, I might as well have just asked for the florist to make a random bouquet. I knew that in the case of specific flowers being low there would be substitutions, but given the price I expected that they’d stay within the overall colour theme/ flower theme or even confirm changes with me prior to shipping. Instead, my mom received flowers that looked entirely different, as well as were no longer her favourite colour or at all within the same theme that was ordered. I reached out to the shop and was told that I signed up for them to change anything they wanted if need be, the response was very dismissive. Feeling bummed because my usual flower shop has never disappointed me this much, and I decided to try a new place. I wouldn’t order flowers here unless you don’t care what you are given, but given the price the customer service and overall product is not worth it.
