Two addresses: yours in Denmark, theirs in BC
We take orders from Denmark every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:

Vancouver works on Pacific Time. An order in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific is hand-delivered the same day anywhere in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, seven days a week — businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. For everywhere else in BC, courier orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday ship that day and arrive within one to two business days (longer for remote areas). Characters: what prints and what the driver can read
English is the store's language throughout; Danish and English are spoken in Denmark, and that matters for the card and the address:
- The card. Any language is fine as long as it uses Latin letters; it prints exactly as typed.
- Buyer's name and address. In Latin letters, matching the card statement.
- Recipient's name and address. Latin letters only — the label and the courier's scanners are English, and a name in another script can't be matched at the door.
- Phone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number (area code included) in the delivery fields; your own may use the Denmark country code.

Recipients aged 19+ (BC's legal drinking age) can receive wine, champagne, beer or spirits with their flowers anywhere in the province. Photo ID is checked on handover; alcohol is never left at the door.
