Flowers for Vancouver, ordered from Mexico

Place the order from Mexico and we do the rest in Vancouver: the bouquet is made up in our studio and taken to the recipient — the same day around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier elsewhere in BC. You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.

How a Mexico order reaches a BC address

We take orders from Mexico every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:

  • Your side. Card name, street address, colonia, código postal, city and state and código postal go in the billing fields, nowhere else.
  • Their side. Name, street, city, BC, a Canadian postal code such as V6B 1A1, and the recipient's own phone number in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls the recipient, never the buyer.
  • The message. The greeting card names you as the sender; the paperwork in the parcel shows no prices.

Paying from Mexico

The price tagEvery price is CAD. The switcher covers USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY only, not Mexican pesos; treat the CAD number as the real one.
On your statementThe transaction is in Canadian dollars: gift, Canadian tax and the delivery fee for the recipient's address, shown up front. Conversion to Mexican pesos — and any charge for it — is your bank's, at a rate the store neither sets nor sees.
Which cardsVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB — read from the store's own footer on 2026-09-17. Cards from Mexico go through when the billing address is the card's.
Not chargedNo customs, duty or import fee — the gift never crosses a border. The recipient pays nothing.

Check the recipient's postal code

Look up the BC address by the recipient's postal code: the live service behind the checkout answers with same-day or courier and a transit time.

Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: same-day on orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, free over $100 and $15.99–$19.99 under. The rest of BC: courier from Vancouver in one to two business days (longer for remote areas) for orders by 2 p.m. Pacific, with shipping priced at checkout.

When to order, on your own clock

The clock that matters is the recipient's — Pacific Time. Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of BC: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Pacific (weekdays), one to two business days (longer for remote areas) in transit. Translated into your time for September 17, 2026 (Mexico has more than one zone — use the right row):

Your time zoneSame-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT)Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri)

Pacific (Tijuana) (America/Tijuana, PDT)11:00 a.m.2:00 p.m.
Southeast (Cancún) (America/Cancun, EST)1:00 p.m.4:00 p.m.

When either side changes its clocks the difference shifts by an hour — the table holds for the date shown, and the live line recalculates each visit. At checkout pick the recipient's delivery date in Pacific time, not your local date; past 11 a.m. Pacific, the first same-day option is the next day. Writing the card and the address from Mexico

Although Spanish is what people speak in Mexico, the store operates in English from checkout to delivery label.

  • Greeting card. Write your card message in any language that uses Latin letters — it prints as you type it.
  • Your name and billing address. As they appear on your card statement, in Latin letters.
  • Recipient's name and Canadian address. Latin letters — the delivery label and the courier's systems are in English; a name in another script can't be read at the door.
  • Telephone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number in the delivery fields, with area code; yours can carry the Mexico country code.

Three practical things

Following the order

Order Tracking asks for the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. A very recent order may not appear for a few minutes; if it still doesn't, contact support with the order number from your confirmation email.

Support

Help is at +1 (604) 636-0970 or [email protected] through the support page, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — the store's published hours (2026-09-17). Translated for September 17, 2026:

  • Central (Mexico City) (CST): 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Pacific (Tijuana) (PDT): 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Southeast (Cancún) (EST): 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Drinks: who can receive them

Sending wine or champagne with the flowers is allowed when the person receiving it is 19+ — the driver or courier asks for photo ID and hands the bottle only to that person.

Answers for a sender in Mexico

Do you accept Mexican cards?

Yes: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, billed to your Mexican address. The amount is in Canadian dollars, converted by your card issuer.

Does the recipient pay anything — customs, duty, delivery?

No. The flowers are arranged and delivered inside Canada; there is no customs or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone; courier shipping is shown to you at checkout.

Same-day from abroad — really?

Yes, when the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland and the order arrives by 11:00 a.m. Pacific that day (see the Mexico equivalent in the table). The rest of BC is courier: order by 2 p.m. Pacific, delivered in one to two business days (longer for remote areas).

Will it be left if they're out?

Yes — somewhere safe, or with reception, a concierge or the mailroom. Only a bottle needs a person: 19+, photo ID checked.

How do I track the order or get help?

Order Tracking on the store takes the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Support is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day, by chat, phone (+1 (604) 636-0970) or email ([email protected]); have your order number ready.
