How a Norway order reaches a BC address

A Norway card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:

  • Payer: name as on the card, street address, postnummer and city, postnummer — in billing.
  • Receiver: name, Canadian street address, city, BC, a postal code like V6B 1A1, and their own phone number — in delivery; the driver or courier rings the receiver.
  • Sender line: your name goes on the greeting card, and the packing slip carries no prices.

What a Norway card is charged

PricingIn CAD. The menu's alternatives are USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY, with no Norwegian kroner option, so the CAD amount is your reference.
On your statementThe transaction is in Canadian dollars: gift, Canadian tax and the delivery fee for the recipient's address, shown up front. Conversion to Norwegian kroner — and any charge for it — is your bank's, at a rate the store neither sets nor sees.
Accepted cardsVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, as displayed on the store on 2026-09-17. A card issued in Norway works, provided the billing address matches the card.
Zero at their endNothing is collected from the recipient — no import fee, no duty, no customs — since the flowers are arranged and delivered in Canada.

How soon can it get there?

Enter the recipient's Canadian postal code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses: same-day or courier, and the days.

Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to two business days (longer for remote areas); order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.

Cut-off times converted for Norway

Read the deadlines in Pacific Time, the recipient's zone. Same-day (Vancouver and the Lower Mainland): order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, any day; businesses receive no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. Courier (rest of BC): order by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, to ship that day; one to two business days (longer for remote areas) to arrive. For September 17, 2026, that means:

Time zoneSame-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT)Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri)
Norway (Europe/Oslo, CEST)8:00 p.m.11:00 p.m.

Because both sides observe daylight saving on different dates, the gap can change by an hour; the live line is recalculated each visit and the table is fixed to its date. Pick the recipient's Pacific delivery date at checkout — if it's after 11 a.m. in Vancouver, tomorrow is the first same-day option. We don't deliver Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. The card, the label and the language

Norway's languages are Norwegian and English; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.

  • Greeting card. Write your card message in any language that uses Latin letters — it prints as you type it.
  • Your name and billing address. As they appear on your card statement, in Latin letters.
  • Recipient's name and Canadian address. Latin letters — the delivery label and the courier's systems are in English; a name in another script can't be read at the door.
  • Telephone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number in the delivery fields, with area code; yours can carry the Norway country code.

Three practical things

Checking progress

Use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes — if yours doesn't appear, support can find it by the order number in your confirmation email.

Customer support

Customer support[email protected], +1 (604) 636-0970 — is open 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day (the store's own stated hours, read 2026-09-17). In your time, for September 17, 2026:

The rules on alcohol

Wine, champagne, beer and spirits can be paired with the flowers for any BC address where the recipient is 19+ — BC's legal drinking age. Photo ID is checked at the door, and a bottle is never left unattended.

Before you order from Norway

Is a card from Norway a problem?

Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Norwegian billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.

Will the recipient be asked to pay customs or delivery?

Nothing — no customs, no duty, no import fee, because the gift never leaves Canada. Delivery is free over $100 in the same-day zone, and any courier charge is shown to you, the buyer, at checkout.

Is same-day possible from where I am?

Yes, if the order reaches us by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day and the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland — check the table above for the Norway equivalent. Elsewhere in BC, a 2 p.m. Pacific order ships that day and arrives in one to two business days (longer for remote areas).

Are wine and champagne deliverable?

Yes — to anyone 19 or over. Photo ID is checked on handover, and alcohol is never left unattended.

Will it be left if they're out?

Yes — somewhere safe, or with reception, a concierge or the mailroom. Only a bottle needs a person: 19+, photo ID checked.
