Buying from Singapore, delivering in British Columbia

We take orders from Singapore every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:

  • Billing details — yours. Your name as it appears on the card, your street address, unit and six-digit postal code, in the billing fields. Your postal code goes there.
  • Delivery details — the recipient's. Their name, their Canadian street address, city, BC and Canadian postal code (letter-number-letter number-letter-number, e.g. V6B 1A1), and their telephone number, in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls that number, not yours.
  • The greeting card carries your name, so the recipient knows who sent it — the packing slip shows no prices.

Canadian dollars, Singaporean card

PricingIn CAD. The menu's alternatives are USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY, with no Singapore dollars option, so the CAD amount is your reference.
BillingYou're billed in CAD, and checkout shows the whole figure (gift, Canadian sales tax, delivery for that address) before you confirm. The Singapore dollars equivalent depends on your card provider's rate and fees, not the store's.
Payment methodsThe store shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (2026-09-17). Singapore-issued cards are fine; use the address the card is registered to.
Never chargedCustoms, duty and import fees don't arise: the gift is made and delivered inside Canada. Nothing is collected from the recipient.

Is their address covered?

Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.

Order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free delivery over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); by 2 p.m. Pacific for courier to the rest of the province, one to two business days (longer for remote areas), rate shown at checkout.

The Vancouver cut-offs in Singapore time

The clock that matters is the recipient's — Pacific Time. Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of BC: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Pacific (weekdays), one to two business days (longer for remote areas) in transit. Translated into your time for September 17, 2026:

Singapore (Asia/Singapore, +08)2:00 a.m. the next day5:00 a.m. the next day

Two calendars are in play: the table is correct for the date it names and moves an hour when either country changes its clocks, while the live line is today's. Checkout wants the recipient's date in Pacific time — with Vancouver past 11 a.m., the earliest same-day date is the next one. Closure days: Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Characters: what prints and what the driver can read

English is the store's language throughout; English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil are spoken in Singapore, and that matters for the card and the address:

  • Message. Type it in whatever language you like, provided it's in Latin letters — what you type is what prints.
  • The payer's details. Latin letters, exactly as the card issuer has them.
  • Where it's going. The recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters; the delivery label is English and a name in another script won't be recognised at the door.
  • Telephones. Give the recipient's Canadian number with its area code in the delivery fields; yours can include the Singapore dialling code.

Tracking your order

Use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes — if yours doesn't appear, support can find it by the order number in your confirmation email.

Getting help

Support is on [email protected] and +1 (604) 636-0970, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — the store's stated hours (read 2026-09-17). What that is where you are, on September 17, 2026:

  • Singapore (+08): 12:00 a.m. the next day – 8:00 a.m. the next day

Alcohol

A bottle alongside the flowers goes to any address in BC as long as the recipient is 19+, the province's legal drinking age; the driver or courier checks photo ID and will not leave alcohol without a person.

Singapore: the questions we get

Is a card from Singapore a problem?

Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Singaporean billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.

Does the recipient pay anything — customs, duty, delivery?

No. The flowers are arranged and delivered inside Canada; there is no customs or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone; courier shipping is shown to you at checkout.

What's the same-day deadline?

11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day itself, for Vancouver and Lower Mainland addresses — the table above gives it in Singapore time. Other BC addresses: order by 2 p.m. Pacific and it ships that day, arriving in one to two business days (longer for remote areas).

Where do I check on the order?

The store's Order Tracking page, with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. For anything else, support runs 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — chat, +1 (604) 636-0970 or [email protected] — and will want the order number.

Does the card support English?

Any language in Latin letters prints as typed. The recipient's name and address must be in Latin letters as well.
