Vancouver Blooms · from Singapore
Distance doesn't come into it: your order from Singapore is arranged in Vancouver and delivered in British Columbia by our team — today in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier further afield. Paid in CAD; the recipient sees no bill, no customs, no import fee.

We take orders from Singapore every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:
Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.
Order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free delivery over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); by 2 p.m. Pacific for courier to the rest of the province, one to two business days (longer for remote areas), rate shown at checkout.
The clock that matters is the recipient's — Pacific Time. Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of BC: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Pacific (weekdays), one to two business days (longer for remote areas) in transit. Translated into your time for September 17, 2026:
| Time zone | Same-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT) | Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri) |
|---|---|---|
| Singapore (Asia/Singapore, +08) | 2:00 a.m. the next day | 5:00 a.m. the next day |
Two calendars are in play: the table is correct for the date it names and moves an hour when either country changes its clocks, while the live line is today's. Checkout wants the recipient's date in Pacific time — with Vancouver past 11 a.m., the earliest same-day date is the next one. Closure days: Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by …, courier by ….
English is the store's language throughout; English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil are spoken in Singapore, and that matters for the card and the address:
Until Singapore's own history is long enough to rank, the grid mixes arrangements its senders have picked with the store's top sellers; all live, all in CAD.

Wine, gourmet, bakery, floral — assembled under one roof in Vancouver.
Use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes — if yours doesn't appear, support can find it by the order number in your confirmation email.
Support is on [email protected] and +1 (604) 636-0970, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — the store's stated hours (read 2026-09-17). What that is where you are, on September 17, 2026:
A bottle alongside the flowers goes to any address in BC as long as the recipient is 19+, the province's legal drinking age; the driver or courier checks photo ID and will not leave alcohol without a person.
Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Singaporean billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.
No. The flowers are arranged and delivered inside Canada; there is no customs or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone; courier shipping is shown to you at checkout.
11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day itself, for Vancouver and Lower Mainland addresses — the table above gives it in Singapore time. Other BC addresses: order by 2 p.m. Pacific and it ships that day, arriving in one to two business days (longer for remote areas).
The store's Order Tracking page, with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. For anything else, support runs 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — chat, +1 (604) 636-0970 or [email protected] — and will want the order number.
