Two addresses: yours in Switzerland, theirs in BC

A Switzerland card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:

  • Billing fields: the cardholder's name as printed, the street address, Postleitzahl and city, the Postleitzahl / NPA — all yours.
  • Delivery fields: everything about the recipient — name, Canadian street address, city, BC, postal code in the V6B 1A1 form, and their telephone, which is what the driver or courier will use.
  • Greeting card: signed with your name so they know who sent it; the packing slip is priceless in the literal sense — no amounts printed.

Money matters for a Switzerland buyer

PricingIn CAD. The menu's alternatives are USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY, with no Swiss francs option, so the CAD amount is your reference.
What you payA CAD amount — the gift, Canadian sales tax and delivery to that address, all displayed before payment. Your card issuer turns it into Swiss francs at the issuer's rate, possibly plus a fee; the store has no part in that conversion.
Card typesVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (the store's listed marks, 2026-09-17). A Switzerland card is accepted; give the billing address your bank holds.
Border feesThere aren't any. The gift is domestic on the Canadian side, so customs, duty and import charges never come into it, and the recipient owes nothing.

When can it arrive?

The recipient's postal code goes here — it's checked against the delivery service the checkout runs on, which reports same-day or courier and the days.

Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to two business days (longer for remote areas); order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.

When to order, on your own clock

Delivery runs on Pacific Time — the recipient's clock in British Columbia. Same-day hand delivery across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland needs the order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day, seven days a week (businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.); courier orders to the rest of BC ship the same day when placed by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, and arrive in one to two business days (longer for remote areas). Converted for September 17, 2026:

Clock changes in Switzerland or in BC alter the offset by an hour; the table is fixed to the date above, the line under it is live. The delivery date you choose at checkout is the recipient's, on the Pacific calendar — once Vancouver has passed 11 a.m., the soonest same-day date is tomorrow. No deliveries on Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by , courier by .

Characters: what prints and what the driver can read

Switzerland's languages are German, French and Italian; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.

  • On the card: any language in Latin letters, printed as you wrote it.
  • On the billing form: your name and address as your bank spells them, Latin letters.
  • On the delivery label: the recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters — the courier reads English, and other scripts can't be checked at the door.
  • On the phone: the recipient's Canadian number, area code first, in the delivery fields; your number may carry Switzerland's country code.

Three practical things

Following the order

Order Tracking needs the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Allow a few minutes after ordering; if nothing shows after that, send support the order number from the confirmation email.

Customer support

Reach customer support at [email protected] or +1 (604) 636-0970, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — the hours the store publishes (read 2026-09-17). For September 17, 2026, in Switzerland time that is:

  • Switzerland (CEST): 6:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. the next day

Drinks: who can receive them

A bottle alongside the flowers goes to any address in BC as long as the recipient is 19+, the province's legal drinking age; the driver or courier checks photo ID and will not leave alcohol without a person.

What Switzerland customers ask us

What cards can I use from Switzerland?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, registered to your Swiss billing address. The charge is made in Canadian dollars and converted by your bank.

Any duty or fees at their end?

None. The arrangement is made and delivered in Canada, so customs and import fees don't apply. Same-day-zone delivery is free over $100; courier costs appear at your checkout.

When do I have to order for same-day delivery?

By 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day — see the table above for what that is in Switzerland today — for addresses in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Elsewhere in BC, order by 2 p.m. Pacific to ship that day; delivery takes one to two business days (longer for remote areas).

Does someone need to be there to receive it?

Not for flowers — the driver or courier leaves them safely or with the building's front desk or mailroom, nothing to sign. Orders with wine or champagne do need a person 19+ with ID.

Where do I check on the order?

The store's Order Tracking page, with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. For anything else, support runs 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — chat, +1 (604) 636-0970 or [email protected] — and will want the order number.
