Two addresses: yours in Switzerland, theirs in BC
A Switzerland card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:
- Billing fields: the cardholder's name as printed, the street address, Postleitzahl and city, the Postleitzahl / NPA — all yours.
- Delivery fields: everything about the recipient — name, Canadian street address, city, BC, postal code in the V6B 1A1 form, and their telephone, which is what the driver or courier will use.

Following the order
Order Tracking needs the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Allow a few minutes after ordering; if nothing shows after that, send support the order number from the confirmation email.
