How a Taiwan order reaches a BC address

A Taiwan card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:

  • The buyer's block holds your card name, postal code, city, district and street address and postal code.
  • The recipient's block holds their name, Canadian street, city, BC, the V6B 1A1-style postal code and the recipient's phone — the number the driver or courier dials.
  • The card tells them it's from you; the slip inside shows no prices.

Paying from Taiwan

PricesSet in Canadian dollars (CAD). The store's currency menu shows USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY estimates, not New Taiwan dollars — the CAD price is the one to compare.
The chargeYour card is charged in Canadian dollars. Canadian sales tax and the delivery charge for the recipient's address are shown before you pay. Your bank or card provider converts the CAD amount into New Taiwan dollars at its own rate and may add its own fee — the store doesn't set or see that rate.
Card typesVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (the store's listed marks, 2026-09-17). A Taiwan card is accepted; give the billing address your bank holds.
Zero at their endNothing is collected from the recipient — no import fee, no duty, no customs — since the flowers are arranged and delivered in Canada.

How soon can it get there?

Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.

The 11:00 a.m. Pacific cut-off gives same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); the 2 p.m. Pacific cut-off gets a courier parcel moving to the rest of BC, one to two business days (longer for remote areas) away, with the rate at checkout.

Delivery timing, in your time

Everything is timed on Pacific Time, which is what the recipient in BC lives on. For same-day hand delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland the order must be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day (any day of the week; workplaces get it no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.). Courier orders for the rest of the province go out the same day if placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday and take one to two business days (longer for remote areas). Here is what those cut-offs are for September 17, 2026:

Time zoneSame-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT)Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri)
Taiwan (Asia/Taipei, CST)2:00 a.m. the next day5:00 a.m. the next day

Clock changes in Taiwan or in BC alter the offset by an hour; the table is fixed to the date above, the line under it is live. The delivery date you choose at checkout is the recipient's, on the Pacific calendar — once Vancouver has passed 11 a.m., the soonest same-day date is tomorrow. No deliveries on Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by , courier by .

Characters: what prints and what the driver can read

Taiwan's language is Mandarin; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.

  • The card. Any language is fine as long as it uses Latin letters; it prints exactly as typed. A message in Traditional Chinese has not been tested through this store's card-printing path, so write it in Latin letters (a transliteration is fine).
  • Buyer's name and address. In Latin letters, matching the card statement.
  • Recipient's name and address. Latin letters only — the label and the courier's scanners are English, and a name in another script can't be matched at the door.
  • Phone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number (area code included) in the delivery fields; your own may use the Taiwan country code.

Three practical things

Following the order

The store's Order Tracking page wants the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. An order placed minutes ago can take a little while to show; if it stays missing, give support the order number from your confirmation.

Support

Support is on [email protected] and +1 (604) 636-0970, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — the store's stated hours (read 2026-09-17). What that is where you are, on September 17, 2026:

  • Taiwan (CST): 12:00 a.m. the next day – 8:00 a.m. the next day

If there's a bottle in it

A bottle alongside the flowers goes to any address in BC as long as the recipient is 19+, the province's legal drinking age; the driver or courier checks photo ID and will not leave alcohol without a person.

Before you order from Taiwan

Will a Taiwan bank card work?

It will. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are all taken with a Taiwanese billing address; you're charged in CAD and your bank does the conversion.

Could the recipient get a bill for customs or delivery?

No — there's no border crossing, so no customs, duty or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone, and courier shipping is charged to you at checkout.

Is same-day possible from where I am?

Yes, if the order reaches us by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day and the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland — check the table above for the Taiwan equivalent. Elsewhere in BC, a 2 p.m. Pacific order ships that day and arrives in one to two business days (longer for remote areas).

Will it be left if they're out?

Yes — somewhere safe, or with reception, a concierge or the mailroom. Only a bottle needs a person: 19+, photo ID checked.

Where do I check on the order?

The store's Order Tracking page, with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. For anything else, support runs 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — chat, +1 (604) 636-0970 or [email protected] — and will want the order number.

Where in British Columbia

Tsawwassen, Anmore, Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby and more — all same-day, being Vancouver and the Lower Mainland; the rest of British Columbia is courier territory. What the record shows: 42% of flowers from Taiwan went to Vancouver, 19% of flowers from Taiwan went to Burnaby, a median of about $110 CAD per order, and May as the busiest month. Each major destination has its own page: Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, Richmond, Langley.
