February 14, 2027 is a Sunday. Hand-delivery runs every day of the week, so the day itself is possible inside the hand-delivery area. The courier does not run at weekends, which makes Friday, February 12 the target everywhere else in BC.
Order by 11 a.m. local time that Sunday. Homes receive their flowers no later than 9 p.m. For a workplace, choose Friday, February 12: businesses receive theirs no later than 5 p.m.
Courier, 1 business day. Order by 2 p.m. on the Thursday and the roses are due Friday, February 12, the last courier day before Valentine's.
Courier, 1–2 business days. Order by 2 p.m. on the Wednesday so even the longer estimate lands by Friday, February 12.

Valentine's Red Roses Bouquet leads the Valentine's ranking. Half of these orders (50%) came to $100 to $149, the range where the dozen arrives boxed or with truffles; two and three dozen sit in the top band.
Chocolate went into 7% of Valentine's orders, more than double its 3% share of all orders 2023–2025. Wine and champagne are smaller (3% and 2%); see flowers with wine, and remember the recipient must be 19 or older with photo ID.
