Which parts of BC get same-day delivery?
Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Richmond and Coquitlam and the other cities listed above — when the order is in by 11 a.m. Pacific. Everywhere else in the province is courier.
How long does the courier take?
One to two business days to Vancouver Island, the Fraser Valley and the Okanagan; two to three to the north (Terrace, for example). The checker quotes the exact transit for a postal code.
Can I choose a delivery date for a courier town?
You choose the ship date; the courier's transit time follows. For a firm day, order a business day or two early.
Is there a fee for courier delivery?
The courier rate for the address, shown at checkout before you pay. The free-over-$100 rule applies to the hand-delivery zone.
My town isn't listed — do you deliver there?
Almost certainly: put the postal code in the checker and it answers with the earliest date and the cost.
