Two addresses: yours in France, theirs in BC

Nothing about a France order is unusual to us; the only slip we ever see is the buyer's details typed where the recipient's belong:

  • Billing fields: the cardholder's name as printed, the street address, code postal and commune, the code postal — all yours.
  • Delivery fields: everything about the recipient — name, Canadian street address, city, BC, postal code in the V6B 1A1 form, and their telephone, which is what the driver or courier will use.
  • Greeting card: signed with your name so they know who sent it; the packing slip is priceless in the literal sense — no amounts printed.

The charge, in plain terms

The price tagEvery price is CAD. The currency switcher can display EUR equivalents for orientation; the actual charge is still in CAD.
BillingYou're billed in CAD, and checkout shows the whole figure (gift, Canadian sales tax, delivery for that address) before you confirm. The euros equivalent depends on your card provider's rate and fees, not the store's.
Payment methodsThe store shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (2026-09-17). France-issued cards are fine; use the address the card is registered to.
Zero at their endNothing is collected from the recipient — no import fee, no duty, no customs — since the flowers are arranged and delivered in Canada.

Is their address covered?

Give the recipient's Canadian postal code and the store's delivery service says what that address gets: same-day, or courier and how long.

Two services: same-day hand delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific; free over $100, $15.99–$19.99 below) and courier across BC (order by 2 p.m. Pacific; one to two business days (longer for remote areas); cost at checkout).

Cut-off times converted for France

Read the deadlines in Pacific Time, the recipient's zone. Same-day (Vancouver and the Lower Mainland): order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, any day; businesses receive no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. Courier (rest of BC): order by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, to ship that day; one to two business days (longer for remote areas) to arrive. For September 17, 2026, that means:

Time zoneSame-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT)Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri)
France (Europe/Paris, CEST)8:00 p.m.11:00 p.m.

Clock changes in France or in BC alter the offset by an hour; the table is fixed to the date above, the line under it is live. The delivery date you choose at checkout is the recipient's, on the Pacific calendar — once Vancouver has passed 11 a.m., the soonest same-day date is tomorrow. No deliveries on Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by , courier by .

Alphabets: the card and the label

Although French is what people speak in France, the store operates in English from checkout to delivery label.

  • The card. Any language is fine as long as it uses Latin letters; it prints exactly as typed.
  • Buyer's name and address. In Latin letters, matching the card statement.
  • Recipient's name and address. Latin letters only — the label and the courier's scanners are English, and a name in another script can't be matched at the door.
  • Phone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number (area code included) in the delivery fields; your own may use the France country code.

Tracking your order

Use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes — if yours doesn't appear, support can find it by the order number in your confirmation email.

Getting help

Support is on [email protected] and +1 (604) 636-0970, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — the store's stated hours (read 2026-09-17). What that is where you are, on September 17, 2026:

  • France (CEST): 6:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. the next day

Alcohol

Sending wine or champagne with the flowers is allowed when the person receiving it is 19+ — the driver or courier asks for photo ID and hands the bottle only to that person.

Questions from France buyers

Is a card from France a problem?

Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a French billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.

Will the recipient be asked to pay customs or delivery?

Nothing — no customs, no duty, no import fee, because the gift never leaves Canada. Delivery is free over $100 in the same-day zone, and any courier charge is shown to you, the buyer, at checkout.

What's the same-day deadline?

11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day itself, for Vancouver and Lower Mainland addresses — the table above gives it in France time. Other BC addresses: order by 2 p.m. Pacific and it ships that day, arriving in one to two business days (longer for remote areas).

What if the recipient isn't home?

The flowers are left in a safe place or with a concierge, reception desk or mailroom — no signature is needed. A bottle is the exception: it is handed only to someone 19+ with photo ID.

How do I track the order or get help?

Order Tracking on the store takes the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Support is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day, by chat, phone (+1 (604) 636-0970) or email ([email protected]); have your order number ready.
