Vancouver Blooms · from Germany
For anyone in Germany with someone to spoil in British Columbia: the arrangement is put together in our Vancouver studio and delivered by our own drivers (same-day, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland) or by courier across BC. Canadian dollars at checkout; no customs, no import fees, nothing for the recipient to pay.

Yes — a purchaser in Germany can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in BC. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:
Enter the recipient's Canadian postal code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses: same-day or courier, and the days.
Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to two business days (longer for remote areas); order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.
Delivery runs on Pacific Time — the recipient's clock in British Columbia. Same-day hand delivery across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland needs the order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day, seven days a week (businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.); courier orders to the rest of BC ship the same day when placed by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, and arrive in one to two business days (longer for remote areas). Converted for September 17, 2026:
| Time zone | Same-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT) | Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri) |
|---|---|---|
| Germany (Europe/Berlin, CEST) | 8:00 p.m. | 11:00 p.m. |
When either side changes its clocks the difference shifts by an hour — the table holds for the date shown, and the live line recalculates each visit. At checkout pick the recipient's delivery date in Pacific time, not your local date; past 11 a.m. Pacific, the first same-day option is the next day. Closed Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by …, courier by ….
Germany's language is German; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.
Ranked by what German senders have ordered for BC recipients in the available history (January 2023 to today). Every gift is live on the store; prices in CAD.

Enter the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order on Order Tracking. If a just-placed order isn't there yet, wait a few minutes, then ask support, quoting the order number from your confirmation.
Customer support — [email protected], +1 (604) 636-0970 — is open 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day (the store's own stated hours, read 2026-09-17). In your time, for September 17, 2026:
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits can be paired with the flowers for any BC address where the recipient is 19+ — BC's legal drinking age. Photo ID is checked at the door, and a bottle is never left unattended.
Yes: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, billed to your German address. The amount is in Canadian dollars, converted by your card issuer.
No — there's no border crossing, so no customs, duty or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone, and courier shipping is charged to you at checkout.
Depends where tonight falls in Vancouver: the order has to be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and by 2 p.m. Pacific to ship a courier parcel that day (one to two business days, longer for remote areas). The table above converts both for Germany.
You'll know the CAD cost exactly — gift, tax and delivery, all shown at checkout. The EUR figure depends on your bank's rate; the store's currency menu only approximates it.
Theirs: the day the gift should arrive at the recipient's BC address, on the Pacific calendar. Once Vancouver is past 11 a.m., the first same-day date available is tomorrow.
Our drivers cover Vancouver and the Lower Mainland the same day (North Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, West Vancouver and more); couriers take the rest of BC. What the record shows: 39% of flowers from Germany went to Vancouver, 10% of flowers from Germany went to Surrey, a median of about $95 CAD per order, and May as the busiest month. Pages for the destinations we serve most: Vancouver, Surrey, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Richmond, West Vancouver, Delta, Langley, Abbotsford, Port Coquitlam.
