Placing the order from India

Ordering from India is straightforward as long as the payer's and the recipient's details stay in their own fields:

  • The buyer's block holds your card name, street address, city, state and PIN code and PIN code.
  • The recipient's block holds their name, Canadian street, city, BC, the V6B 1A1-style postal code and the recipient's phone — the number the driver or courier dials.
  • The card tells them it's from you; the slip inside shows no prices.

The charge, in plain terms

Listed inCanadian dollars. The currency menu offers USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY as approximations but no Indian rupees view, so compare against the CAD figure.
BillingYou're billed in CAD, and checkout shows the whole figure (gift, Canadian sales tax, delivery for that address) before you confirm. The Indian rupees equivalent depends on your card provider's rate and fees, not the store's.
Payment methodsThe store shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (2026-09-17). India-issued cards are fine; use the address the card is registered to.
What doesn't applyDuty, customs, import charges: none of them, as the gift stays inside Canada from studio to door. The recipient pays nothing at all.

How soon can it get there?

Look up the BC address by the recipient's postal code: the live service behind the checkout answers with same-day or courier and a transit time.

Two services: same-day hand delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific; free over $100, $15.99–$19.99 below) and courier across BC (order by 2 p.m. Pacific; one to two business days (longer for remote areas); cost at checkout).

The Vancouver cut-offs in India time

Read the deadlines in Pacific Time, the recipient's zone. Same-day (Vancouver and the Lower Mainland): order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, any day; businesses receive no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. Courier (rest of BC): order by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, to ship that day; one to two business days (longer for remote areas) to arrive. For September 17, 2026, that means:

Time zoneSame-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT)Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri)
India (Asia/Kolkata, IST)11:30 p.m.2:30 a.m. the next day

An hour can shift with daylight-saving changes here or there — trust the live line for today and the table for the date it names. The date you pick at checkout is the recipient's Pacific date; after 11 a.m. in Vancouver the earliest same-day slot is the following day. Writing the card and the address from India

India's languages are English and Hindi; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.

  • On the card: any language in Latin letters, printed as you wrote it. A message in Devanagari and other Indian scripts has not been tested through this store's card-printing path, so write it in Latin letters (a transliteration is fine).
  • On the billing form: your name and address as your bank spells them, Latin letters.
  • On the delivery label: the recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters — the courier reads English, and other scripts can't be checked at the door.
  • On the phone: the recipient's Canadian number, area code first, in the delivery fields; your number may carry India's country code.

Once it's ordered

Order tracking

Order Tracking needs the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Allow a few minutes after ordering; if nothing shows after that, send support the order number from the confirmation email.

Getting help

The support team ([email protected], +1 (604) 636-0970) works 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day, per the store's contact page as read on 2026-09-17. Converted to your clock for September 17, 2026:

  • India (IST): 9:30 p.m. – 5:30 a.m. the next day

If there's a bottle in it

Recipients aged 19+ (BC's legal drinking age) can receive wine, champagne, beer or spirits with their flowers anywhere in the province. Photo ID is checked on handover; alcohol is never left at the door.

Ordering from India: what people ask

Will an India bank card work?

It will. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are all taken with an Indian billing address; you're charged in CAD and your bank does the conversion.

Is there anything for the recipient to pay?

No. Made and delivered within Canada means no customs or import charges; delivery in the same-day zone is free on orders over $100, and courier shipping is paid by you at checkout.

What time is the cut-off, in my time?

The table above shows it: 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, 2 p.m. Pacific for courier to the rest of BC (one to two business days, longer for remote areas), each converted for India.

What happens if the door isn't answered?

The arrangement goes to a safe spot, a concierge, reception or mailroom, with no signature taken. If there's alcohol in the order, it waits for someone 19+ with photo ID.

Who do I contact if something's wrong?

Support, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day: chat on the store, +1 (604) 636-0970, or [email protected], with your order number to hand. To simply follow the order, use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order.
