Vancouver Blooms · from New Zealand
For anyone in New Zealand with someone to spoil in British Columbia: the arrangement is put together in our Vancouver studio and delivered by our own drivers (same-day, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland) or by courier across BC. Canadian dollars at checkout; no customs, no import fees, nothing for the recipient to pay.

A New Zealand card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:
Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.
The 11:00 a.m. Pacific cut-off gives same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); the 2 p.m. Pacific cut-off gets a courier parcel moving to the rest of BC, one to two business days (longer for remote areas) away, with the rate at checkout.
Vancouver works on Pacific Time. An order in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific is hand-delivered the same day anywhere in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, seven days a week — businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. For everywhere else in BC, courier orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday ship that day and arrive within one to two business days (longer for remote areas). In New Zealand's own time on September 17, 2026:
| Time zone | Same-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT) | Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri) |
|---|---|---|
| New Zealand (Pacific/Auckland, NZST) | 6:00 a.m. the next day | 9:00 a.m. the next day |
When either side changes its clocks the difference shifts by an hour — the table holds for the date shown, and the live line recalculates each visit. At checkout pick the recipient's delivery date in Pacific time, not your local date; past 11 a.m. Pacific, the first same-day option is the next day. Closed Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by …, courier by ….
English is the store's language throughout; English and Māori are spoken in New Zealand, and that matters for the card and the address:
The ranking is New Zealand's own — orders placed there for BC recipients from January 2023 onward. Each arrangement is available today, priced in Canadian dollars.

Every collection ships from the same studio in Vancouver.
Use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes — if yours doesn't appear, support can find it by the order number in your confirmation email.
A person answers at customer support ([email protected], +1 (604) 636-0970) between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day, as the store states (read 2026-09-17). Your equivalent on September 17, 2026:
A bottle alongside the flowers goes to any address in BC as long as the recipient is 19+, the province's legal drinking age; the driver or courier checks photo ID and will not leave alcohol without a person.
Yes: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, billed to your New Zealand address. The amount is in Canadian dollars, converted by your card issuer.
Nothing — no customs, no duty, no import fee, because the gift never leaves Canada. Delivery is free over $100 in the same-day zone, and any courier charge is shown to you, the buyer, at checkout.
Yes, if the order reaches us by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day and the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland — check the table above for the New Zealand equivalent. Elsewhere in BC, a 2 p.m. Pacific order ships that day and arrives in one to two business days (longer for remote areas).
Checkout shows the full CAD figure (gift, Canadian tax, delivery) before payment; the NZD equivalent is whatever your bank's rate makes it. The currency menu on the store is only a rough guide.
Select the day it should land at the recipient's address, reckoned in Pacific time. Past 11 a.m. in Vancouver, the earliest same-day option is the next day.
New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Port Coquitlam, Langley Township, Port Moody and more — all same-day, being Vancouver and the Lower Mainland; the rest of British Columbia is courier territory. Looking at the orders so far, 54% of flowers from New Zealand went to Vancouver, 12% of flowers from New Zealand went to Surrey. The median order: about $110 CAD. Busiest month: February. Each major destination has its own page: Vancouver, Surrey, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley Township, Pitt Meadows, Victoria, West Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam.
