Vancouver Blooms · from Qatar

Flowers for Vancouver, ordered from Qatar

Place the order from Qatar and we do the rest in Vancouver: the bouquet is made up in our studio and taken to the recipient — the same day around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier elsewhere in BC. You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.

Filling in the checkout from Qatar

Ordering from Qatar is straightforward as long as the payer's and the recipient's details stay in their own fields:

  • Billing details — yours. Your name as it appears on the card, your building, street and zone — Qatar uses no postal code, in the billing fields. Your zone / P.O. Box (no postal code) goes there.
  • Delivery details — the recipient's. Their name, their Canadian street address, city, BC and Canadian postal code (letter-number-letter number-letter-number, e.g. V6B 1A1), and their telephone number, in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls that number, not yours.
  • The greeting card carries your name, so the recipient knows who sent it — the packing slip shows no prices.

Paying from Qatar

The price tagEvery price is CAD. The switcher covers USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY only, not Qatari riyals; treat the CAD number as the real one.
On your statementThe transaction is in Canadian dollars: gift, Canadian tax and the delivery fee for the recipient's address, shown up front. Conversion to Qatari riyals — and any charge for it — is your bank's, at a rate the store neither sets nor sees.
Which cardsVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB — read from the store's own footer on 2026-09-17. Cards from Qatar go through when the billing address is the card's.
ExcludedImport fees, duty and customs — none, since nothing is shipped across a border. The recipient is not asked to pay.

Is their address covered?

Not your postcode — the recipient's Canadian one. The checkout's delivery service looks it up and tells you same-day or courier, and how long.

Same-day across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland when ordered by 11:00 a.m. Pacific (free on orders over $100; otherwise $15.99–$19.99). Elsewhere in BC: courier from Vancouver, one to two business days (longer for remote areas), order by 2 p.m. Pacific; shipping shown at checkout.

The clock in Vancouver, and yours

Read the deadlines in Pacific Time, the recipient's zone. Same-day (Vancouver and the Lower Mainland): order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, any day; businesses receive no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. Courier (rest of BC): order by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, to ship that day; one to two business days (longer for remote areas) to arrive. For September 17, 2026, that means:

Time zoneSame-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT)Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri)
Qatar (Asia/Qatar, +03)9:00 p.m.12:00 a.m. the next day

Clock changes in Qatar or in BC alter the offset by an hour; the table is fixed to the date above, the line under it is live. The delivery date you choose at checkout is the recipient's, on the Pacific calendar — once Vancouver has passed 11 a.m., the soonest same-day date is tomorrow. No deliveries on Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by , courier by .

Writing the card and the address from Qatar

Arabic and English are spoken in Qatar; the store and checkout are in English.

  • The card. Any language is fine as long as it uses Latin letters; it prints exactly as typed. A message in Arabic has not been tested through this store's card-printing path, so write it in Latin letters (a transliteration is fine).
  • Buyer's name and address. In Latin letters, matching the card statement.
  • Recipient's name and address. Latin letters only — the label and the courier's scanners are English, and a name in another script can't be matched at the door.
  • Phone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number (area code included) in the delivery fields; your own may use the Qatar country code.

Tracking, support and alcohol

Tracking your order

Order Tracking asks for the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. A very recent order may not appear for a few minutes; if it still doesn't, contact support with the order number from your confirmation email.

Customer support

Email [email protected] or call +1 (604) 636-0970: customer support keeps 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day (hours from the store's own page, 2026-09-17). In Qatar on September 17, 2026:

  • Qatar (+03): 7:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. the next day

Gifts with a bottle

A bottle alongside the flowers goes to any address in BC as long as the recipient is 19+, the province's legal drinking age; the driver or courier checks photo ID and will not leave alcohol without a person.

For Qatari businesses

One order in 5 from Qatar has a company behind it (22%). The corporate order form handles several recipients, invoicing and repeat sends.

Before you order from Qatar

Do you accept Qatari cards?

Yes: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, billed to your Qatari address. The amount is in Canadian dollars, converted by your card issuer.

Will the recipient be asked to pay customs or delivery?

Nothing — no customs, no duty, no import fee, because the gift never leaves Canada. Delivery is free over $100 in the same-day zone, and any courier charge is shown to you, the buyer, at checkout.

Can I still get same-day if I order tonight, my time?

Depends where tonight falls in Vancouver: the order has to be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and by 2 p.m. Pacific to ship a courier parcel that day (one to two business days, longer for remote areas). The table above converts both for Qatar.

What happens if the door isn't answered?

The arrangement goes to a safe spot, a concierge, reception or mailroom, with no signature taken. If there's alcohol in the order, it waits for someone 19+ with photo ID.

Is there a way to see the order's progress?

Order Tracking on the store, using the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. If you need a person: chat, +1 (604) 636-0970 or [email protected], 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day, order number ready.
