Vancouver Blooms · from Ukraine
Place the order from Ukraine and we do the rest in Vancouver: the bouquet is made up in our studio and taken to the recipient — the same day around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier elsewhere in BC. You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.

Yes — a purchaser in Ukraine can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in BC. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:
Look up the BC address by the recipient's postal code: the live service behind the checkout answers with same-day or courier and a transit time.
The 11:00 a.m. Pacific cut-off gives same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); the 2 p.m. Pacific cut-off gets a courier parcel moving to the rest of BC, one to two business days (longer for remote areas) away, with the rate at checkout.
Vancouver works on Pacific Time. An order in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific is hand-delivered the same day anywhere in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, seven days a week — businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. For everywhere else in BC, courier orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday ship that day and arrive within one to two business days (longer for remote areas). In Ukraine's own time on September 17, 2026:
| Time zone | Same-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT) | Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri) |
|---|---|---|
| Ukraine (Europe/Kyiv, EEST) | 9:00 p.m. | 12:00 a.m. the next day |
Daylight-saving changes on either side move the gap by an hour; the table is for the date above and the line above it is recomputed for today. Choose the recipient's Canadian delivery date at checkout, not your own calendar date — after 11 a.m. Pacific the earliest same-day date is tomorrow, Pacific time. No deliveries Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by …, courier by ….
The store and its checkout are in English; in Ukraine, Ukrainian is spoken.
Until Ukraine's own history is long enough to rank, the grid mixes arrangements its senders have picked with the store's top sellers; all live, all in CAD.

Roses, mixed bouquets, box sets, plants and pairings, all from the same Vancouver studio.
Order Tracking asks for the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. A very recent order may not appear for a few minutes; if it still doesn't, contact support with the order number from your confirmation email.
The support team ([email protected], +1 (604) 636-0970) works 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day, per the store's contact page as read on 2026-09-17. Converted to your clock for September 17, 2026:
Recipients aged 19+ (BC's legal drinking age) can receive wine, champagne, beer or spirits with their flowers anywhere in the province. Photo ID is checked on handover; alcohol is never left at the door.
Yes: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, billed to your Ukrainian address. The amount is in Canadian dollars, converted by your card issuer.
Nothing — no customs, no duty, no import fee, because the gift never leaves Canada. Delivery is free over $100 in the same-day zone, and any courier charge is shown to you, the buyer, at checkout.
By 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day — see the table above for what that is in Ukraine today — for addresses in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Elsewhere in BC, order by 2 p.m. Pacific to ship that day; delivery takes one to two business days (longer for remote areas).
In Latin letters, yes — verbatim. Not tested for Cyrillic, so write it in Latin letters or a transliteration. Use Latin letters for the names and address too.
Only as an estimate from the store's currency menu. The real amount is the CAD total at checkout — gift, tax and delivery — and your bank converts it to UAH at its rate.
Our drivers cover Vancouver and the Lower Mainland the same day (Port Coquitlam, Langley Township, Port Moody, White Rock, Pitt Meadows and more); couriers take the rest of BC.
