Place the order from the UAE and we do the rest in Vancouver: the bouquet is made up in our studio and taken to the recipient — the same day around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier elsewhere in BC. You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.
Ordering from the UAE for delivery in British Columbia
A UAE card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:
- Your side. Card name, street address, area and emirate — most addresses have no postal code and P.O. Box or area (no postal code) go in the billing fields, nowhere else.
- Their side. Name, street, city, BC, a Canadian postal code such as V6B 1A1, and the recipient's own phone number in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls the recipient, never the buyer.
- The message. The greeting card names you as the sender; the paperwork in the parcel shows no prices.

The chargeYour card is charged in Canadian dollars. Canadian sales tax and the delivery charge for the recipient's address are shown before you pay. Your bank or card provider converts the CAD amount into UAE dirhams at its own rate and may add its own fee — the store doesn't set or see that rate.

No border costsBecause the arrangement is made and delivered within Canada there is no duty, customs or import charge, and the recipient owes nothing.
Delivery dates for their address
Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.
Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to two business days (longer for remote areas); order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.

The clock that matters is the recipient's — Pacific Time. Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of BC: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Pacific (weekdays), one to two business days (longer for remote areas) in transit. What to type, and in which letters
Arabic and English are spoken in the UAE; the store and checkout are in English.
- On the card: any language in Latin letters, printed as you wrote it. A message in Arabic has not been tested through this store's card-printing path, so write it in Latin letters (a transliteration is fine).
- On the billing form: your name and address as your bank spells them, Latin letters.
- On the delivery label: the recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters — the courier reads English, and other scripts can't be checked at the door.
- On the phone: the recipient's Canadian number, area code first, in the delivery fields; your number may carry the UAE's country code.

Can I pay with a card issued in the UAE?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are accepted from an Emirati billing address. The charge is in Canadian dollars; your bank converts it.
Could the recipient get a bill for customs or delivery?
No — there's no border crossing, so no customs, duty or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone, and courier shipping is charged to you at checkout.
Can I still get same-day if I order tonight, my time?
Depends where tonight falls in Vancouver: the order has to be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and by 2 p.m. Pacific to ship a courier parcel that day (one to two business days, longer for remote areas). The table above converts both for the UAE.
Are wine and champagne deliverable?
Yes — to anyone 19 or over. Photo ID is checked on handover, and alcohol is never left unattended.
What happens if the door isn't answered?
The arrangement goes to a safe spot, a concierge, reception or mailroom, with no signature taken. If there's alcohol in the order, it waits for someone 19+ with photo ID.
