Place the order from Brazil and we do the rest in Vancouver: the bouquet is made up in our studio and taken to the recipient — the same day around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier elsewhere in BC. You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.
Two addresses: yours in Brazil, theirs in BC
Nothing about a Brazil order is unusual to us; the only slip we ever see is the buyer's details typed where the recipient's belong:
- Billing details — yours. Your name as it appears on the card, your street address, bairro, city, state and CEP, in the billing fields. Your CEP goes there.
- Delivery details — the recipient's. Their name, their Canadian street address, city, BC and Canadian postal code (letter-number-letter number-letter-number, e.g. V6B 1A1), and their telephone number, in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls that number, not yours.
- The greeting card carries your name, so the recipient knows who sent it — the packing slip shows no prices.
Currency and payment from Brazil
PricingIn CAD. The menu's alternatives are USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY, with no Brazilian reais option, so the CAD amount is your reference.
How it's chargedIn Canadian dollars, the full amount visible before you pay — gift, Canadian tax, delivery to the address. What appears in Brazilian reais on your statement is your bank's conversion at its rate, sometimes with a fee the store doesn't control.
Card typesVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (the store's listed marks, 2026-09-17). A Brazil card is accepted; give the billing address your bank holds.
ExcludedImport fees, duty and customs — none, since nothing is shipped across a border. The recipient is not asked to pay.
How soon can it get there?
The recipient's postal code goes here — it's checked against the delivery service the checkout runs on, which reports same-day or courier and the days.
The 11:00 a.m. Pacific cut-off gives same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); the 2 p.m. Pacific cut-off gets a courier parcel moving to the rest of BC, one to two business days (longer for remote areas) away, with the rate at checkout.

The clock that matters is the recipient's — Pacific Time. Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of BC: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Pacific (weekdays), one to two business days (longer for remote areas) in transit. Letters, names and the card
Brazil's language is Portuguese; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.
- Card message. Latin letters, any language — it's printed verbatim.
- Your own details. Latin letters, as on the card statement.
- Recipient details. Latin letters for the name and the Canadian address; the label and the courier's systems are English and can't verify another script at the door.
- Numbers to call. Recipient: their Canadian number with area code, in the delivery fields. You: Brazil country code is fine.

Tracking your order
Use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes — if yours doesn't appear, support can find it by the order number in your confirmation email.

Alcohol
A bottle alongside the flowers goes to any address in BC as long as the recipient is 19+, the province's legal drinking age; the driver or courier checks photo ID and will not leave alcohol without a person.

What cards can I use from Brazil?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, registered to your Brazilian billing address. The charge is made in Canadian dollars and converted by your bank.
Any duty or fees at their end?
None. The arrangement is made and delivered in Canada, so customs and import fees don't apply. Same-day-zone delivery is free over $100; courier costs appear at your checkout.
What time is the cut-off, in my time?
