Two addresses: yours in Sweden, theirs in BC

Yes — a purchaser in Sweden can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in BC. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:

  • Who pays — your own name as printed on the card, plus your street address, postnummer and city, in the billing section; put your postnummer there too.
  • Who receives — their full name, Canadian street address, city, BC, Canadian postal code (V6B 1A1 style) and their telephone number in the delivery section, because that's who the driver calls.
  • Who it's from — the greeting card says, in your words; nothing on the packing slip mentions a price.

Money matters for a Sweden buyer

CurrencyCanadian dollars throughout. There's no Swedish kronor view in the currency menu (it stops at USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY), so work from the CAD price.
BillingYou're billed in CAD, and checkout shows the whole figure (gift, Canadian sales tax, delivery for that address) before you confirm. The Swedish kronor equivalent depends on your card provider's rate and fees, not the store's.
Payment methodsThe store shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (2026-09-17). Sweden-issued cards are fine; use the address the card is registered to.
Not chargedNo customs, duty or import fee — the gift never crosses a border. The recipient pays nothing.

Look up the BC address

Not your postcode — the recipient's Canadian one. The checkout's delivery service looks it up and tells you same-day or courier, and how long.

Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to two business days (longer for remote areas); order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.

When to order, on your own clock

Vancouver works on Pacific Time. An order in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific is hand-delivered the same day anywhere in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, seven days a week — businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. For everywhere else in BC, courier orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday ship that day and arrive within one to two business days (longer for remote areas). In Sweden's own time on September 17, 2026:

Time zoneSame-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT)Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri)
Sweden (Europe/Stockholm, CEST)8:00 p.m.11:00 p.m.

Clock changes in Sweden or in BC alter the offset by an hour; the table is fixed to the date above, the line under it is live. The delivery date you choose at checkout is the recipient's, on the Pacific calendar — once Vancouver has passed 11 a.m., the soonest same-day date is tomorrow. No deliveries on Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Today, on your device's clock (): same-day by , courier by .

Writing the card and the address from Sweden

Sweden's languages are Swedish and English; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.

  • Card message. Latin letters, any language — it's printed verbatim.
  • Your own details. Latin letters, as on the card statement.
  • Recipient details. Latin letters for the name and the Canadian address; the label and the courier's systems are English and can't verify another script at the door.
  • Numbers to call. Recipient: their Canadian number with area code, in the delivery fields. You: Sweden country code is fine.

Once it's ordered

Following the order

Use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes — if yours doesn't appear, support can find it by the order number in your confirmation email.

Customer support

Reach customer support at [email protected] or +1 (604) 636-0970, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific — longer around Valentine's and Mother's Day — the hours the store publishes (read 2026-09-17). For September 17, 2026, in Sweden time that is:

  • Sweden (CEST): 6:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. the next day

Sending wine or spirits

A bottle alongside the flowers goes to any address in BC as long as the recipient is 19+, the province's legal drinking age; the driver or courier checks photo ID and will not leave alcohol without a person.

Before you order from Sweden

Can I pay with a card issued in Sweden?

Yes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are accepted from a Swedish billing address. The charge is in Canadian dollars; your bank converts it.

Does the recipient pay anything — customs, duty, delivery?

No. The flowers are arranged and delivered inside Canada; there is no customs or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone; courier shipping is shown to you at checkout.

Same-day from abroad — really?

Yes, when the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland and the order arrives by 11:00 a.m. Pacific that day (see the Sweden equivalent in the table). The rest of BC is courier: order by 2 p.m. Pacific, delivered in one to two business days (longer for remote areas).

What about sending beer or spirits?

Fine for a recipient who is 19 or over. Expect a photo ID check at the door; alcohol is never left unattended.

What happens if the door isn't answered?

The arrangement goes to a safe spot, a concierge, reception or mailroom, with no signature taken. If there's alcohol in the order, it waits for someone 19+ with photo ID.
